Common questions
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes. A change between paid plans takes effect immediately. Cancelling, or moving down to Free, keeps your plan until the end of the period you have paid for. Nobody is removed and nothing is deleted when you move down: everyone keeps their access, and you can’t add more than the new plan allows — projects, teams, pods, paid members or storage — until you are back under its limits.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
Your workspace continues on the Free plan automatically — no card required. You can upgrade any time to restore paid features.
Do you offer annual pricing?
Yes. Annual billing costs 20% less than paying monthly, and you can choose it at checkout.
Is there a per-member charge on Starter/Business?
Each paid plan’s base price includes a set number of members: 5 on Starter (₹400/month) and 25 on Business (₹2,000/month). Each member beyond that is ₹100/month on Starter and ₹90/month on Business. INR prices exclude 18% GST. Member changes are prorated.
What if I am outside India?
You are billed in USD, with no GST: Starter is $20/month for 5 members plus $5 per extra member, and Business is $80/month for 25 members plus $5 per extra member. Your billing currency is set from your location, not chosen at checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?
Online payment is through secure Stripe checkout. If you would rather pay by UPI or bank transfer, contact us and we will record the payment against your workspace.
Where is my data stored?
Uploaded files are stored in AWS Mumbai (ap-south-1). Choosing a different storage region is not offered yet.
